Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is based in the HR Construction Team - I am a HR Assistant. I socalise daily with all stakeholders including, employees, line managers and business unit directors. Typical daily roles involve, Exit Interviews, Occupational Health Referrals and supporting the HR Business Partners daily.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is great! The internal scheme has truly helped me develop my personal and professional skills. You are supported fully by the team.

I have learnt lots of skills over the last 3 years, including flexibility, honesty, communication and resilience.

Mace provide you a yearly training schedule which gives you dates, timing and location so you can plan a year in advance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is much support from Mace. From supportive teams, line managers and colleagues. The Emerging Talent team have check in reviews to see how you are getting on, and if you have any questions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support - from catch up calls with a coach, and webinars with a tutor. The provider are always there to answer questions and queries.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have completed my Level 3 CIPD, and now mid way through my Level 5 CIPD. I am able to transfer my knowledge into every day scenarios.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is lots of extra-curricular, for example, volunteering, social and networking events and team building days.
