Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Havent done too much pracitcal stuff yet but we attend a lot of useful meetings and learn about cyber security, data analytics and more
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme enough to refuse to oversleep and to get up and ride my bike to the train station and take a train to bristol and walk a mile to Lloyds. It is very fun and motivational

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It seemed very layed out from the get go, everything we had to do over out bootcamp week was set out on a timetable and was confirmed and nothign moved around or was cancelled and was straight forward to follow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Unsure, they seem very willing to help and open to any and all questions but I am yet to exactly ask and mainly goto my Line Manager instead who is also a lot of help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Why?
Its well though out, welcoming and helpful. You learn a lot more and for me , I take down information and learn with a lot more ease than I would at college.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
Don't be anxious , if you ever need help literally everyone ive came across is really nice and id assume so for you to so if youre ever stuck you can just ask.
