I am customer service for Natwest, take general banking queries.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship has not been the best experience due to the facilitators I have had, and the lack of communication from BPP at times. I am over my timescale to complete due to the missed months of communication.

In the role, yes. Through the apprenticeship, no not really.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very unorganised communication, hub needs updating and needs to be set out more clearly, work load is often too large at times with short deadlines when working in contact centre.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

From my employer I receive all the support I could possibly get.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Sometimes it was a lot, but for a long period of time I received none when I should of been.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

We have charity days where we can go out for the day and do good in the community.

Because it's a good business with lots of progression.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
It's a really fast paced enviroment, great development but would not recommend going through the apprentice programs as of right now.
