To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Learning new things and being able to apply those in the workplace has been really fulfilling and has allowed me to develop professionally at an increased pace.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme has a clear path which is laid out at the beginning of the programme so there is an understanding of what is going to happen and when. Pacing could have been improved however.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Employer is very supportive and has offered all advice, assistance and support as and when required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider obviously provides all of the course materials and study tools/classes required for the programme, but the coaches and teachers are by far the best support network within the programme. They truly care and want to see you succeed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has been incredibly relevant to my job role and has helped me to build a wider view of the business when considering my job role responsibilities.
