To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my programme! I gain valuable on the job experience, learning from industry experts whilst also completing my degree and gaining no debt.
I would not have this skills set at such a young age if I did not take the apprenticeship route.

I have learnt so many valuable new skills since starting my apprenticeship!
Apart from learning all the legal skills I need I have developed my own skill set greatly, for example my communication skills have improved, and my confidence has grown.
Professionally and personally, I feel a more well-rounded individual.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Our dedicated apprenticeship manager keeps our programme well-structured and is there to help if you have any queries. The university side of things is also structured well with materials available to access easily on your study day.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I am supported excellently from my team, line manager, early careers team and our apprenticeship manager. All are on hand at all times to provide support and guidance with any queries I may have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have regular catch up's every 10/12 weeks with my skill coach who was assigned by the university to discuss/ review my progress and discuss any queries I may have. My line manager attends some of these meetings also so she is aware of my progress and how she can support through my work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I gain a better understanding of the foundations I need to know to put my work into practice.

yes! we have networking events, sports teams, socials events etc. There is a lot to get involved in.

The supportive, friendly culture as a young professional makes IM a very easy place to fit into and feel comfortable at. They also really support you throughout your journey and will do everything they can to ensure you achieve what you want.
