Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Creating and Managing BIM models and spaces for project deliverables.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
It's insightful however can be extremely difficult with a 9-5

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Further understood Structural Engineering as well as BIM - typically it's either one or the other but have received knowledge in both.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It is quite coursework heavy, which is difficult when working a 9-5. However the modules flow into eachother nicely.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
If I need it I can ask for it, no questions asked.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Revision dates, assistance in coursework and understanding modules is always available. However this is situational depending on project deadlines.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Definitely increases my understanding in the sector, but if you want to be specific to BIM, it's maybe not entirely necessary.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Multiple, frequently.
