I am an Area Manager looking after 18 pubs in the South West/South Wales. I work with our partners to ensure the pubs are profitable and to drive sales, standards and guest experience in all of the pubs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My trainer was great and very supportive and I enjoyed the content of the Apprenticeship as well.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marstons?
If you're looking to progress to a higher level then I would definitely try and do an apprenticeship. You'll learn new knowledge, skills and behaviours and will finish with a qualification that will support your progress.
