Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a section Qs who manages around 15-20 million pounds worth of multiple projects on the south of England railways with the scope being electrical installation and upgrades, my day to day involves change management, CVR, payments, client meetings, commercial meetings, supply chain management and forecasting.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program but I feel some of the topic areas are not very relevant to QS and not used in real work but some of them are.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned to manage my own work load and I have started to learn to mentor people as well. My excel skills have also increased significantly

The programs is structured well and designed in a way to support us and also give us enough time to complete.
