Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt many new skills and been able to develop existing skills, one main skill being my customer services skills. In my previous jobs, I have required customer service skills however in this job I have been able to develop these into written skills along with verbal communication skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme from Schneider's side has been rather structured once the initial teething issues were out of the way. From the university side, it was not so well structured however this has been rectified and improved over the past years.

4/5
I receive full support from the employer to assist me to be able to complete my university work along with my day-to-day job

4/5
The university is very approachable and supportive, they are also very open to receive comments on what is working and not working along with our ongoing experience with the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I have noticed some cross overs between my qualifications and current role however not significantly, majority performance is due to onsite experience
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Since COVID restrictions have been relaxed there have been an increase in social activities and networking events, this have been really enjoyable due to being able to socialise with colleagues which I do not work with on a daily basis and building a better work ethos.
