its good but long, the degree work isn't always relevant to any role i have done so hard to put into practice

very clear, defined dates from the start but felt like a lot of extra work in the last year which could have been spread throughout the years

a lot, although as we are the first cohort a lot of things have changed and are still unknown e.g what will happen when we role off the programme

lots of ERG's would be good if my cohort on the degree were given opportunities to have social events - we have only had 1 over 4 years whereas other cohorts get these a lot
