Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
As a member of the Public Web content management team, my job role requires me to make regular updates to the NatWest website based on requests briefed in from various page and content owners across Business Banking.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I favour my day to day job role over the studying element of my programme but there are things in place to improve content delivery. i find the workshops quite hard to endure and prefer to learn by watching recorded sessions at a later date. I am enjoying being part of my team and my role though.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, have improved massively on communication, analytical skills. More business minded and consider risk day to day.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I think it's structured well but can feel a bit disjointed at times, i think it could benefit more for me personally by integrating the job and study more, i appreciate this may not be easy due to varying employers but ot would be good to be advised on how to make the most out of your course and job together
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
A lot from my manager and my team
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
It varies. I could show up more but i do feel quite distant from my training provider most times.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Quite well but it's quite broad teaching
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, a lot of the time
