Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in supply chain, and schedule some of the production. This includes schedules for 2 assembly lanes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme for me was unclear at times due to busy working seasons as well as problems such as COVID, however it is very enjoyable now the programme is clear.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed more skills in time management and job processing.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

During the 1st year, there were problems that were caused by COVID, and busy seasons at work, however the programme has been very well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer and am always aware of who I can speak with.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Some tutors have been extremely helpful and supportive. Others have not been as much.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

During my programme so far, I believe my training provider does help with my role, such as from managing projects.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

In the past there were some, but not recently. However more are becoming available.
