Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
On rotations so depends on what rotation I'm currently completing, however do account executive work (talking to clients, creating insurance contracts and endorsements), as well as broking (talking to insurers, getting them to cover risk for a good price (premium)).
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy it as I like the role and the team around me is great.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Broking is a new skill I've learnt, and have certainly developed communication skills a lot.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Very well structured, clear rotation/development plan, clear study deadlines/milestones.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
A lot of support, very approachable should I need anything, no complaints whatsoever.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
All the support I need whenever I want, my coach is fantastic and a great advert for the training programme.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
Provides good context around it and qualifications are always good in this day and age, although it is not necessary, and feel as though could perform the role very well without it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
There are although I don't take part.
