To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have met some great people within bp, I’ve only just begun so I’m looking forward to how my programme progresses next. Program is new for this year so we are the test dummies for future cohorts.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

As a new programme began unstructured as my colleagues had little time to teach us and give us tasks, as we got further into the course it became more structured.

Lots of support available either through line manager, early careers team or from bp themselves.

Course is completely online, our coach is free whenever for us to ask questions.

Bp early careers has monthly socials alongside other events during the year. We have a gym on site where we play 5 a side football

Showcase yourself as best as you can, bp provide guides towards assessment centres. Read them and good luck!
