Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Managing Global Client Energy Insurance needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I feel that whilst the programme is a necessity within my organisation, the benefits of the programme for apprentices is invaluable. It is sometime counterintuitive when considering I have been in the insurance sector for 12+ years but again it allows you to reflect on the work you are doing.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Acknowledgement of the work undertaken within my role to look inwardly at what i have achieved and potential areas for improvement or development.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is well organised and a clear direction of what is required of me within the given timelines throughout the programme is apparent.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I recieve an adequate level of support from my employer given my workload demands. I.e. in line with the prescribed time away for study.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I feel like i have receive a very high level of training form my training provider, who has provided relevant reminders in busy periods which is helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I am still on the fence in this regard, as i am not a school leaver / apprentice which lots of the supporting work seems to be aimed towards. As before, it does help me recognise the time spent on projects and what attributes these use in order to recognise areas of improvement within my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
yes we connect regularly as a team on a social level and have market events we attend.
