The office that I work in which is the Birmingham office always has extracurricular activities on to encourage everyone to socialise. In the office they're are regular health and well being talks which encourage staff to move away get away from their desk and discuss important topics. The office manager sets up fun activities such as team-building tasks to enhance thinking and communication. There are also social events that are held to encourage networking, building professional relationships as well getting to know people in the office.
