I am a teaching assistant supporting the teacher and the pupils in the class. I support one on one with some SEND pupils
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy working in my placement and with LMP education. I feel very supported

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve leant meant things being at the primary school. I’ve gained experience working with children and working with SEND children

Very well organised. I can always ask questions to help me during my apprenticeship

I receive lots of support from my employer. I know I can always ask questions they always ask if I need any help with anything

Lots of support. I have monthly chats to see how I’m getting on at my placement and with my assignments and can always ask anything if I’m struggling
