Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I administrate many different benefits such as Reward Schemes, Private Medical Insurance, Health Screening, Cycle to Work Schemes and Health Cash Plan's. I answer employee queries in a shared mailbox. I join many different calls with suppliers to maintain relationships and calls with employees.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme to a large extent. Cummins massively support all employees which is always great especially for an apprentice. I feel like a valued part of my team and they support me with work and also college commitments. They are very flexible to help with assignments.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned many skills such as Microsoft skills in Excel mainly. My communication has grown as well as my confidence in presenting and answering employee queries.

I receive a huge amount of support from my employer. With mental health and also support within my job role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Darlington college is an ok provider. My tutor would help me if I needed it.

Very. I gain skills to take into my job role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have a high level of networking events available to us. We also have apprenticeship groups to communicate with others in the same place as we are.

Cummins are absolutely amazing to their employees. I cannot recommend them enough. They really invest in their employees and allow you to meet the highest level you can.
