I am part of the business support team (BST) and my role involves supporting my colleagues from other departments with administrative tasks like scheduling, billing, making travel arrangements and booking meetings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot but would have loved to see more involvement from the apprenticeship provider during the first 3 months

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my planning and organisation skills a lot because prior to this role I had never operated a switchboard or done any complex scheduling. I have also improved my communication skills as I my role requires me to communicate in different ways and with different stakeholders.
