I support our Shared Service team with completing Admin. I Look after our rewards and benefit inbox aswell as completing references.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy having the opportunity to rotate between different teams in HR. I am gaining lots of experience which will help me decide what area I enjoy the most

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many skills since starting this apprenticeship as I came in with no HR experience. I have massively developed my Excel skills as well as time management and organisation

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Our programme internally is very well organised making sure every one is aligned and any issues are solved. Externally my workshops line up with what teams I am working with
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support and if i need to spend time with a certain team to gain experience this can be arranged. Any issues have been solved
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive sufficient support. When i am unable to attend a session then this can be moved and completed in a 1-1, Currently been a lack of support whilst waiting for my new tutor to join
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This provides me with learning the foundation for my role. I learn a task in my job and then the workshops explain why I need to do this task
