Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

It is all about taking calls from customers. These calls can be about answering any questions customers have. It could also be about fulfilling their requests, such as ordering a bank statement. As well as these calls are all about making the customers feel better, say if there a bit anxious or upset.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programmed, as I like helping out customers. And I like working on a computer and I like problem solving, which is very much required in this role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to operate different Natwest systems such as Back Office or Cloud 9. I have also learnt more knowledge about how Natwest operates and its features.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organized as their is a daily routine created for me, listing what time I am taking calls. And it lists what time my breaks or any huddles.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employers because they are very nice people
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support from my training provider because they are very nice people and are very helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me understand better what it means to provide a financial service.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are some events such as meeting other apprentices at an event. But it is quite rare with any extra circular activates or networking events.
