To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I did enjoy the apprenticeship as a whole, sometimes balancing the work load with targets did become somewhat challenging, however the provider was really supportive during peak working times and was able to move certain assignments that were not achievable

Yes, taking part in the level 3 HR support apprenticeship helped me with the people element of my role

The overall structure of the programme was organised, the platform in which you and your tutor work on was detailed and explained expectations
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Very supportive and understanding if I needed to work on upcoming deadlines. the business allowed me to work on new skills not necessarily linked to my daily role which I was really grateful for
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

For the apprenticeship, the training provider was outstanding with the support I received. I am now working on the bolt on option to gain the CIPD qualification and the support has been less than before
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Whilst doing the apprenticeship, I was also involved in a recruitment project and this experience went towards the detail I needed to provide for the apprenticeship
