To a great extent, my role is varied and there is a good career framework to allow for easy progressions

Very well structured, good managerial hierarchy, good buddy system, great apprenticeship team that run regular training and networking opportunities and partnered with a well known Uni

Lots from various people, you have buddies you can go to for more personal support as well as the apprenticeship team and also your line managers for work-related support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are available over email and the University portal, the lectures are in person so its much more personal and easy to access support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
