As a software engineer, I spend my days designing and writing software with other developers in the team. I am able to work from home or attend the office as I please.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my programme as I recognise it is extremely advantageous in comparison to going to university.

The programme is very well organised, although it would have been helpful to know more of the specifics about my working day before I had started so I could plan more effectively.

I receive all of the support I could hope for, everybody on my team is always willing to help.

I have mixed experiences with my training providers, however I overall found tat they were knowledgeable and willing to help.

It is a great company to work for that treats its employees like adults - it also teaches you to be independent as you are not shadowed 24/7.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lockheed Martin?
Do not be afraid to ask questions at any step of the process, and be interactive, there is never a stupid question.
