Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Days are from 9am to 5pm. This was completely via Zoom. A personalized timetable was sent for each student with various links to an online session.
Day 1: introduction to banking, interactive activities via portal, panel from DB employees
Day 2: reflections on the previous day, film activity, panel sessions
Day 3: Employability skills, mock interview, divisional pitches, divisional networking

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very useful and helped me decided what I wanted to do with my future. It showed the hierarchy of the business and the different branches of the company. There are several kinds of roles so there's something for everyone.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
This was online so it was hard to gauge what it would be like at the actual company but all the staff were very pleasant so I have no doubt the actual work place would be the same.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed it. I learned a lot of new things and was able to interact with other students who had the same aspirations as I did.
