Please give an overview of what your work experience involved:

My work experience involved working on different clients audits, enabling me to learn and gain experience in PwCs processes. Gaining more knowledge in the IT systems and general audit procedures.
To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?

I think some of the work at the beginning was quite tedious and more administrative work but as the team got to know what i can do and as my skills developed i was given more work in actually completing EGAs myself.
How well organised was your work experience?

I think it was well organised this year as we were paired with an SA2 which helped when it came down to coaching.
How much did your work experience help you in deciding on your future career path?

I dont think i really know much about other units just audit so dont think i am much closer to knowing what i want to do. But it does lay out a clear path as to how you can develop and work your way up in the audit department.

What training and skills development did you learn from your work experience?

I developed my skills on the aura platform and learnt how different EGAs make up the components of the audit.

Company Culture

How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?

I still feel like flying starts are slightly segregated from the rest of the work force, but I can see the company culture just from coming into the office on the daily and i think it is a good environment to work in.
Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees?

Yes there were a few opportunities to mingle with the flying starts and a couple with the office as a whole.
