Overseeing the learning and development needs of 2000 colleagues.
This includes the onboarding, basic training, talent management, mentoring and coaching.
Data analysis is also included along with tasking projects to others in the team and region.

The administration of the course not so much and has been frustrating at times

Time away from the day to day has been good and I have regular meetings to discuss my progress.

In all honesty I think the support could be better. I have had several "coaches" and they have not all been great

I am yet to complete, but I believe the knowledge I have gained and the experience have been great additions to my skill set and have already started to improve the way in which I work
