To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
I am finding the programme hard at this moment in time i have never been one for enjoying any learning that involves written assignments and with other life commitments and it can be sometimes over whelming when im thinking of the assignments and assessments that i have to do to complete and qualify in the course. The course if relevant to my job and will help me in the future to further develop my career.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
I continuously learn new skills and and also continuously develop existing skills. working within the health and social care sector there are always changes to things and training that needs to be kept up to date. Throughout the process of my course i am learning and developing both helping me be a better manager.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
My program is very well organized and structured and my Tutor is very patient and understanding. I have found the oneprofile and the learning journal difficult at times as i forget to fill this in. My Tutor has the right amount of work to give and delivers it in a timely manner.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
Very little support from the employer unless i specifically ask for it. No one within my organization has asked me how it is going or if i need any further help. My area manager and service manager have been supportive and allowed me time to do some work during work hours.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My tutor is very supportive and patient. she explains things well and gives time for me to complete an assignment and has not been too pushy when i am behind on a task which would be very intimidating if she was to do this. she offeres support at every session we have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
As i work through my qualification it is giving me more confidence in myself that i can do my job and be a good manager. by the end of my course i am hoping that me self confidence has grown and i will not second guess myself and have the confidence not to have to ask before i do something.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
We have team building evens every 2/3 months to get involved and feel part of management team. we do have a UR benefit package that offeres a variety of different benefits like discounts but there is no social events for just support workers. Social events will normally include staff supporting a service user to an event.
