Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am responsible that my team, are supported. That they are compliant to work in the service, that they have the required training and are competent. I also complete observations with my staff to make sure that they are working in a person centred way. I conduct appraisals and am a great advocate of personal development within my team.

Yes, I have learnt a lot and are developing skills daily through training and research.

I think the programme is very organised and communication is good.

I receive support from my employer when I am unsure and ask for it and also my manager is thinking of tasks that I can learn from.

I think that the qualification will help me perform better in my role because of the knowledge that I am gaining and can implement and share my kknowledge.

I think they are invested that you do well in your qualification, as has a bearing on their performance. I think they are supportive and check in to make sure that I understand what's expected.
