Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The programme is comprised of a combination of talks from the firm and interactive activities. We heard from the graduate recruitment team, senior partners, associates and business development representatives about their practice areas and the firm's broader agenda.
The interactive workshop consisted of group exercises where we collaborated to represent our client.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I learned a great deal about the business. From their main clients to their innovation team to their D&II/ESG programmes. I left the scheme with a fundamental understanding of the business's strategy.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture seems inclusive and welcoming. Their pro-bono practice is impressive. Their commitment to D&I is bold and ambitious. The firm doesn't seem to proliferate a hierarchical culture.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Very much. I learned a lot, developed my skills and made great friends/connections.
What the firm did well was incorporate lots of breaks into the program. Aside from the great food, this gave us a chance to meet new people and learn from them.
