Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Assurance and Audit intern. On a day to day basis mainly involves going trough client financial statements and applying audit testing to different FSLI areas.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I highly enjoy it - I get the best of both worlds. Real life work experience, uni experience and professional paper exemptions.

Excel skills have improved as well as communication and team bonding skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think it is fairly well organised - Only the 2nd intake at my Uni - improvement can still be made but overall well structured and has a good support system to depend on.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Good support system. Flying start Chapp, career coach and office bussy all played an integral role in helping e get settled into the office.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Yes - team socials, pool tournaments. I want to organize a table tennis one next year.
