Sales and Origination of large scale LNG and infrastructure projects for bp. On a daily basis i originate new opportunities and take them through to conclusion. This is a global role

Practical side is good, the non-practical is rather 'academic'

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprenticeship has helped me to support junior colleagues to be more proactive and proficient in their roles. This is through learning and applying theories and ways of working

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Structure is good. We have a course coach + online learning materials which we can access when we need. My only grumble would be the timeline for completion, which i would suggest is ambitious
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Considerable. They allow time and resources to complete the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The course coach is excellent and support throughout - giving energy boosts and really helping you to kick on. The web portal is a little bit too 'self serve'.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It definitely help. It supports me in my development and the development of colleagues around me. This has been supported and agreed by line management
