My daily tasks involve handling contracts and payments, creating and evaluating tender documents, performing cost management and value engineering exercises, and estimating project expenses. I collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion without compromising quality standards.

I genuinely love what I do for a living. It skillfully integrates project management, technological analysis, and commercial savvy. I find great delight in providing precise cost estimates, reducing project expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability. It is both gratifying and humbling to have the chance to work on a variety of construction projects and contribute to the development of excellent houses.
