Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I would highly recommend to anyone considering. The people there are eager to help you embark on a career in finance and make you feel really valued. My advice would be to learn as many banking acronyms as you can before the program because, while most things are thoroughly explained, the acronyms sometimes are not explained and following the conversation can be hard.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
While you cannot switch the division specific days mid-week, you learn a decent amount about each sector and their relationships with eachother. For the divisional specific days, you get a good overview of the wider division and ample opportunity to talk to people from more specific roles within the division.
