I perform inspections and assessments of buildings as a building surveyor to find flaws, evaluate structural integrity, and guarantee conformity with regulations. I regularly visit sites, provide reports, counsel clients on upkeep and renovations, and work with architects and contractors to coordinate projects. I also develop surveys to be conducted on daily basis at workplace.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have a great deal of fun in my job as a building surveyor. It is incredibly rewarding to have the chance to interact closely with buildings, evaluate their state, and make improvements. My work is dynamic, and every day brings with it new difficulties, which keeps me interested and inspired.

I have consistently improved and learnt new skills throughout my career as a construction surveyor. Through my interactions with customers and stakeholders, I have developed my communication and negotiation skills as well as my technical expertise in using surveying equipment and software. I have also increased my knowledge of building rules and laws.
