I handle inquiries, create itineraries, and make reservations. Additionally, I stay updated with travel trends, industry regulations, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I genuinely enjoy being a travel agent at Hays Travel. The opportunity to help people create memorable travel experiences is incredibly fulfilling. Interacting with clients, hearing about their travel aspirations, and assisting them in bringing those dreams to life brings me great joy.
