Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Every day, we had a talk from personnel at DLA Piper, which helped give me a better insight into the different practice areas at the firm, as well as a better understanding of the firm's core values etc. For example, I thoroughly enjoyed [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] talk on pro bono and responsible business.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was enjoyable to learn more about the business and potential roles available, as I am interested in pursuing a career in commercial law. Moreover, it was interesting to gain a deeper insight into the kinds of transactions that the firm works on.

I was tasked with analysing a potential M&A transaction, whereby I had to conduct the following tasks:

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was great! Although the programme was carried out remotely, the graduate recruitment team ensured that all the sessions were thoroughly fun and engaging. Moreover, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
