As a field service and commissioning engineer for Schneider Electric in BMS (Building Management Systems) Engineering, my role involves ensuring the proper installation, configuration, and functioning of BMS solutions. On a daily basis, I conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues, commission systems, and collaborate with clients to optimize building automation performance
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

BMS apprenticeship programs has been a valuable opportunity for me as i am interested in building management systems and engineering. Its provided a structured learning environment, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to develop technical skills and knowledge in the field. This has been particularly beneficial for me as someone who enjoys working with technology, problem-solving, and collaborating with clients to optimize building automation systems.

As a field service and commissioning engineer in BMS Engineering i have acquired and enhanced various skills over time. Including technical skills such as programming, electrical systems knowledge, and proficiency in BMS software platforms. Additionally, i have developed communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise through my work in collaborating with clients and addressing system challenges.
