Broker support, so providing slips for brokers, processing, filing emails - everything which allows brokers to conduct business
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Enjoy it very much as my team is fun to be in and teach me a lot. It is a great way to get a foot in the door of such a big company

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Become a lot more confident in technology as I am using Microsoft Office apps every day. Have massively developed many skills such as time management and communication skills

Have a coach assigned to me who I have monthly catch-ups with. This is very helpful as she is constantly monitoring me for any queries I have, not just about qualifications but for anything to do with work
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It teaches me background about the industry, which I wouldn't have otherwise got as we operate in a very niche market.
