My role in the company is to manage finances and make sure that every transaction happening is well audited .I also prepare the company financial report ,so as to provide accountability and to make sure the company runs at a profit or the company makes a calculated investment with a guaranteed output

I enjoy my programme ,it enables me to achieve my full potential especially to do with skills that have direct positive impact on my profession .I also like the program because it provides me with a platform to engage my mind in positive activities that are enjoyable as well important

I have been able to develop my existing skills especially to deal with works in my proffession , i also been able learn skills that also are part of my field f proffession , some are just for building my general skill for general life activities .I believe equipping oneself with skills is very important

My programme is well structured and organized in a careful manner to build my proffession to another level .My programme is organized ina manner that allows me take breaks and refresh my mind ,hence it reduces monotony that comes with working on something now and then ,that allows maximum effectiveness in a profession

I receive maximum support from my employer ,when I compare my previous employer ,I am able to see that my employer wishes me the best and also supports me .My hardwork and professionalism is noticed and appreciated by both my colleagues and my employer and that encourages me to keep up

I receive enough ,if not more than enough training from my training provider .My training works closely with ,hence able to notice my strengths and work on them ,as well as also identifying my flaws in my skills annd working on countering them ,hence am able to improve from one step to another

I have a positive feel and my confidence that my qualification from my training provider has always had positive impact ,because deep down ,I feel that I have had personal growth. This has made take positive strides that everyone has noticed because i am able to carry out my duties well

Yes ,there are extra -curricular activities which are optional .For example on weekends sometimes we have road trips or events that are available to participate .I prefer instead of being lazy ,then on weekends I engage myself in such activities hence i am able to relax my mind and engage my muscles

Why?
HSBC ,is one of the best places or companies that one can find themselves in .It allows one to grow gradually with experience and meticulous profession ,hence allowing one to take positive strides in profession.It also take cares of their employees by giving incentives and perks and deserved promotions
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to HSBC?
I advise them to keep applying and when they have the chance then they should utilize it well ,because sometimes chances comes only once .To me ,everybody that want ro realize success then they should be able to work hard and diligently becase virtues and vices are noticed and both have their next actions
