my day to day role is answering calls to members about their pension and claiming their pension
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy talking to members on a daily basis and getting to know our members. i also enjoy that i am able to develop with my apprenticeship on the side gaining qualifications.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have been able to develop in my original role answering calls in general enquiries and now have a role in retirements taking members through their retirement journey and claiming their pension. i have also passed my CF1 and FA2 exam so far.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

my programme is well structured as i have an hour and a half off each week to work on my apprenticeship but i would like more time on it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive a lot of support from my employer and manager as they have worked with other apprenticeships before so they know how to help and what i need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i receive a lot of support with my training provider by having regular check ins and we communicate about my apprenticeship on what i need to do and the help i need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i would recommend Lloyds as i have developed a lot since working in my role and have qualifications i wouldnt of been able to get without them
