Support to the Project Manager on daily tasks on the project and interaction with the wider project team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The first year was great. However, there were a number of unnecessary changes to the apprenticeship scheme which has put many current apprentices at a disadvantage.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

As mentioned, there was a clear structure and path for progression. However, with recent changes this is now uncertain and apprentices are being held back.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Depends on the project you are put on.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The external qualification provider if ok. As it is online it can feel isolated and distant.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Although most of the first year degree is irrelevant to day-to-day work, it has helped me partially.

Would you recommend Mace to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Although there have been changes which have negatively effected apprentices, i would rather this programme than full time university.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mace?
Be confident, clear and know what you are signing up for.
