When on your scheme you have support from your sponsor who is typically first point of contact for you- any queries / problems/ issues go to your sponsor
Apprentices also have a buddy ( individuals on the same scheme but from the cohort above.
Apprentices also benefit from having a placement manager whilst on their placements
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
