A lot of autonomy on which areas you’d like to develop yourself

With 4 Rotational placements

Apprentices also have a buddy ( individuals on the same scheme but from the cohort above.
Apprentices also benefit from having a placement manager whilst on their placements
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
College days where content is taught in person
Study days every other week to complete tasks and assignments
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
