Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in a complex SEN school from ages 7- 19 years of age. I deal with challenging behaviours on a daily basis, I'm responsible for incident reports, ABC charts. I have a licence for Pro Script which gets renewed every january to be able to use interventions when necessary.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's not been easy but it's defiently been a journey and I have come such a long way since starting back in september 2020, I have become very confient in myself and knowing that I'm doing a great job.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes 100% I Hadn't worked since having my son so this was a huge career change for myself.
It's extremely exhausting but incredibly rewarding and going that extra mile to exceed to become the best SSA .

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The start it wasn't very well organised and communication was an issue as I didn't have a tutor and then I had a tutor and his knowledge wasn't very good he didn't even no that i work in a SEN school.
