I have done both, university allows me to develop new skills that are tailored to my job role within my company.

The program is well structured and presented, there are many different units throughout the course. And the university is usually pretty organised too in delivering the content, some units better than others however.

Excellent support. I received a team buddy as well as a career coach when I joined so that I had the support available in the early years. I also have regular 1-2-1s with my line manager who is very supportive of me.

It helped me alot in the early stages of the apprenticeship, developing fundamental core skills and having a basic understanding of my job role with units tailored around it was particularly useful.
