Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The program lasted for 4 days, running from 10 AM to 5PM daily. As participants, we took part in many workshops and could listen to professionals from various backgrounds with inspirational stories. We were expected to work on a small group project after hours, however there were no specific requirements for the project, so the amount of effort was subjective to our amount of free time and energy level.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was extremely useful and motivational. All speakers were very supportive and open to all sort of questions, so it was easy to get an honest overview of the real world business.

The event provides a great opportunity to get an insight into investment banking and some technologies used in the market. On top of getting useful tips from successful professionals we could also expand our soft skills and confidence during the interactive workshops and group projects.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
All the company's representatives at the event were very cheerful and friendly. One could feel the great atmosphere of the company, where within professional relations everyone is supportive, inclusive and open-minded.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Regardless of the event happening online, the organisers made sure it was as interactive as possible, and I felt highly involved. The program's agenda was well structured, and all sessions were very interesting. We also received a voucher to cover our lunch expenses and some gadgets from the company, which was a very nice touch as well!

Make sure you show your personality and portray how passionate you are about technology. Ask a lot of questions and be an active listener, smile a lot and be excited about the role, don't let stress or impostor syndrome take over!
