I find the work can be quite repetitive and the exams can be difficult.
I think I should receive more support and when I say I am struggling with mental health issues, this should receive more attention from my managers.

We have pressure to work more than our contractual hours when we have to study in the evenings for upcoming exams. I feel all courses should be taught in person as online courses aren't as helpful
