To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed my Level 6 Chartered Banker programme. A great way to develop and learn a passion even more stronger, being able to bring this to life with day to day interactions and how I can help local businesses grow

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, these have included Relationship Management skills, stronger understanding on Professionalism and Ethics, Bank Strategy and being a more logical thinker with business approach and stronger knowledge

Structure and Support

Kaplan provided a high turnover of staff over my apprenticeship and I have struggled to keep momentum and transparency of my progress after my CBI modules. This has since been corrected but would change this within a blink of an eye

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A broader knowledge, better understanding of the financial sector and being able to articualte and deliver presentations, product knowledge and customer interactions more thoroughly.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, networking events
