Managing risk and compliance. Creating complelling presentations and formal governance evidence capture.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Hugely. The academic learning on offer far exceeded the content available in my organisation. It was delivered excellently and gave me a real thirst for learning more.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

There were tonnes of new skills learnt along with refresher's of current skills. Leadership, knowledge management, corporate finance and branding were among the highlights.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was pretty well organised. There were some overlap of modules whcih meant there were up to three to focus on at one time. The programme was happening during COVID pandemic so face to face learning had to be moved to virtual.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Loads. I was given 20% of my work time to complete the learnining and there was plenty of support to try new things to evidence my learninihg.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots. They were supportive with a break from learning and the tutor's were excellent.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Loads. I was successful in a promotion as a result of my learning. I feel more confident as a leader.

There are culture workstreams and diversity networks that I regularly contribute or lead.
