Investigations into financial transactions, beneficial owners and trading countries to determine risk and possible financial crime. Contact with clients and bank staff and independent institutions to obtain the required information to comply with regulatory requirements.

It has been really good to think rationaly about my day to day job and understand the reasons behind what we do.

I have learned a lot about regulation and financial crime and have developed coaching skills.

I have great support from my talent coach. It was a tough start with functional skills (english and maths) on top of the programme work but happy to be in it.

Lloyds has been great both with time, money and emotional support. I have an amazing manager.
